KOCT was proud to be in attendance along with our Fellow Community Members & City of Oceanside - Government Officials at the Congressional Renaming Ceremony of the Oceanside US Post Office Building in Honor of Oceanside Trailblazer & NSDC NAACP Branch #1086 Founder Charlesetta Reece Allen. Representative Mike Levin was on site to dedicate the building in her momentous legacy.
